  • Hey Everybody! Shane, here! Sorry I didn't take this exercise seriously. I thought by adding a joke pick for my number 5 (ha ha, I'm a funny guy!) that it would add plenty of lol's cause it's such a controversial pick (ha ha, I'm a controversial guy!) but I now realize I have disrespected the list and would like to apologize. Anyways, enjoy the rest of the picks, they're gems!

    • Hmm 🤔 for me my list would be 1.TS3 2. Coco 3.TS 4. Monster’s Inc 5. Finding Nemo I actually didn’t like Ratatouille... sorry. And Up I liked only the first part that was perfect the rest is not memorable to me. Inside out is in my top 10. A bug’s life is higher on my list than Ratatouille. The Incredibles is a 6 in my top ten.

  • I think every toy story was wonderful in their own way. I agree that things could’ve ended at toy story 3, but i think toy story 4 really focuses on woody’s internal struggle of wanting to be bonnies toy and not abandoning her, but also wanting to experience life with Bo where he doesn’t have to worry about making anyone else happy. I cried when Andy left for college, but when woody and buzz said goodbye i was straight up sobbing my heart out.

  • Ryan has no taste lmao Cars is a good franchise (thought I think Cars 3 is better than the first movie) and if he wants to say nothing about it is memorable, then why has Cars Land had consistently high wait times after being part of California Adventure for years? I graduated high school in 2013 and waited almost THREE HOURS in line for Radiator Springs Racers on Grad Nite. On GRAD NITE. Three hours. It's just seen as edgy on the internet to hate the Cars movies, but they're good and also the second best soundtrack after Brave.

  • I'm five months late to the party, but if I had to organize a Top 5 Pixar films, it would look like this: #5. Monsters Inc. Utterly iconic, constantly funny, and I still tear up at the ending. Wonderful stuff. #4. Ratatouille. It has its missteps, like that bizarre stretch when Remy is cast out and rebels against the restaurant, but is otherwise immaculate. A wonderfully mature film. #3. Inside Out. I agree with Hoai-Tran--it wasn't Bing-Bong that got me, it was Riley breaking down in front of her parents. #2. Coco. "Remember Me." Enough said. #1. All four Toy Story films. How they can take a story that feels entirely complete, add a new film onto it, and make the new film feel just as essential is some kind of miracle. If I had to pick just one, it would be Toy Story 3. Just a masterful franchise. Honorable Mention: Wreck-It Ralph. Let's be real--this is a Pixar film. You're not fooling anyone, Disney. Honorable Mention #2: UP. Yes, the first 10 minutes are some of the finest in all of film...but that's only the first 10 minutes. The rest of the movie is just fine. We start off at a 11/10, but then it swiftly coasts down to a 7/10 and stays there for the rest of the runtime.

  • I wouldn’t put cars in my top five, but it might honestly be in my top ten; it honestly wasn’t as bad as a lot of people make it out to be, sure the sequels are bad, but Cars 1 had a structure, message, and decent emotional delivery

Hits home run, and hey, international, multicultural appeal. So, win, win, and win. A.K.A. Number 1, baby. Rat wins. Human wins. Chick wins. Diners win. Yes. We ALL win in this one.

  • Um, Ryan. Ryan, Ryan, Ryan. Seriously, you just said first date, 'UP' Pixar film, and you were truly weeping in the first five minutes. Must have been fun for her. I am sure she respected the music score immediately bringing you to tears on your mix tape while attempting 2nd date. Maybe not a third, maybe got to no bases and were thrown out of the game. No, too harsh. Sweet. But first date? Maybe go to a drive in and watch chain saw masacre? At least she would be clinging to you screaming and not rifling through her purse for a tissue for you. No, movie was excellent and just kidding. Your touched-ness was touching.
